They provide every affiliate with a unique ID number and link + other marketing materials which includes a tracking modal to allow them keep track of anyone who signs up using their link.

Fiverr affiliate link includes a 12-month tracking cookie. This means that if a user clicks on your affiliate link, then you will be credited with the referral, as long as the user registered to Fiverr within 12 months. When your referred user will make their first purchase, you will earn a commission.

Who do Fiverr make money?

As a seller, you will be paid after the gig has been successfully completed. It's important to note that you will only be paid 80% of the total order value. Fiverr keeps the other 20% as a commission fee which they use to service other dues like paying their Fiverr Affiliates.
